As Petbucket.com is not a Canadian or American based business, it is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, does not have a Better Business Bureau rating and does not have a Better Busines Bureau page. In addition, there has been no complaints filed against Petbucket.com with the Better Business Bureau since they opened ten months ago. Petbucket.com is yet to be awarded any accreditations, associations, certifications or awards.

The medications they sell are expired. Mine were dated April 2012.

I think you're looking at the manufacturing date which is April 2012 but the expiry is April 2015. The alignment on the packet isn't very clear. I read the same thing on another site and looked at my packet and saw the same. I have April 2012 as the manufacturing date.

“Can't fault them”
Shipping time could improve but I'm not in a rush just to get monthly treatments. Apart from that I can't fault them. They sent me a coupon when I asked and emailed it without any follow up. Product looks genuine and within expiry as they say. Andrew from support replied quickly and in a pleasant manner.

“PetBucket go the extra mile to make you happy”
I wanted to bother writing a review about PetBucket.com because it's rare that you get a company going the extra mile to help you when it's your own fault.
I ordered from them last month and put the wrong address on my shipped. I emailed to complain it didn't arrive and support helped me find the reason.
